i got bit..

i feed the bass live and the rest cut up market shrimp.
i drop the shrimp in the overflow hole "i dont have overflows".
well usually the bass back up when im by the tank.
well i guess my finger went to far in the water this time.
he came up and bit about 2 inches of my finger.
it scared the crap out of me.
i jumped back screaming,holy crap.
guess he was hungry.usually there so scared of me.
just figured i would share the funny story.

Yikes!!!!! You gotta watch out!! My Red Devil has left me with some nasty wounds....and it hurts!!
Although someday I DO hope to have a fish big enough so that can eat a finger..... not mine of course.

Thanks for sharing. Makes me think of my 6-7" Dovii that jumps up every so often when I'm too slow in putting food in the tank. Its hecka scary because I can see those big ol' canines. But yeah.. my pbass have been more scared of my hands during feeding if anything else.
