well i was updating my ipod but when it was complet it deleted every thing on my touch i called them and they siad if you want us to hell you it will cost 29.99 so they are charging me that i need help with there proudct . now i have to go buy my song agin and wast more money has this happen to you with apple:irked::irked::irked:
 
we'll something similer happened to me, i did a reboot cause something was wrong with my itouch. after i rebooted lost all my stuff!!! Even when i clicked restore nothing came back i was pissed. Then my grandpa got me a$50 itunes giftcard...
 
yea i music is lost i mean you can make alike better apple you now now i have to buy all my music agine
 
yeah you dont have your songs backed up onto your pc? sucks cause you have to buy your apps agian.
 
Welcome to reality! Apple is garbage. Itunes hijacks all your stuff. A friend of mine had music on his computer, from a CD he owned and had backed up before ever getting Itunes, and it wouldnt let him burn it again because his "license was expired". The Zune is a far better piece of equipment and the software doesn't play god with stuff that belongs to you.
 
The same thing just happened to my brother last week with his itouch...wonder if there is a bug or something (apple should reimburse for the lost songs/apps!).
