Also a nice little catfish called Bob only a wee lad of near 11 inch who decided to have a midnight snack, and after a big feed of prawns and muscles, bless he must of been hungry still

Well he doesnt need feeding agin for a while and on a £50 supper he can darn wait now

I wasnt quick enough was i, i am about 2 week short of seperating them as this weekend i have just started the new tank to seperate them.

Be warned, i was, bit i was just not quick enough, unlike Bob

That's insane that the catfish was able to eat the entire arowana! I would have never thought that it would be able to consume a fish that close in size to itself.

Must say i am still a bit shocked ( only seen it an hour ago though) but in a way i knew it coild as they are only thin fish, the reason for seperation.

Well, all day i have been on a RDA driving course and all i have thought about is Bob, i know they can eat big and all that and was prepared to house him in his own tank with other big cats and maybe big rays i have been told he would of been ok with a fully grown silver, some how i dont think so now.
Thing is i cant see the point in taking the chance with hope it wont happen again.
I will be trying to breed rays as soon and maybe other fish so i think i will sell on Bob and use the space for a ray breeding tank in the fish room.

I am well gutted but.......

Mmmm now that would be a multi model delivery needed.....see i did listen in class today LOL. Dont know if you understand that but its to do woth carrying hazardous products. Got to laugh or i would cry.

Would you believe he is out in his `feed me spot` already, i dont think so, although its feed time i need to feed the rest and he is bound to get some more.
