Well there had to be some mental issues going on with the woman for her to be able to do that but I never liked the damned things in the first place when they came out a few years ago.To me,the use of one showed a lack of parental control.

The problem is the parent not the leash. The parent has no control what so ever of the child. The child is being an little bugger though.

Brutal, I think the child leashes are funny to see, but after that, maybe not so much. We should drag the mom around and see how she likes it.

Well I just cant see a woman dragging a child around while she ponders her next cellphone upgrade being of sound mind.

people are quick to blame but try being in her situation everybody knows kids can realy play up if they dont get what the want.
