This weekend has one of the worst in ages.. Was going to pick up glass for my new +400g tank yesterday and it ends up not bein posbile cuse the tank was built in to a wall and would have takin me days to remove. And i drove cross half of sweden for it. And today was even worse my lover died this morning and i dont know why.. Only thing i can see is that the tail fin has a smal damage. And ive tested the water and its ok... Worst thing is that i moved it there yesterday from its smaller grow up tank.. Feels like i killed it :( He/she final length was 28cm

stress! is.. probably.. the key here.. sorry to hear about your loss.. =( but.. did you put it in a bag? and let it float properly.. also.. adding.. some..things to reduce stress as he/she enters the new tank? might have been the key here... to the reason why
 
So no more Jar for me. First thing on the list is to sort my new tank around 400g Then make the order from panda and get sum sweet lookin asians. But it still broke my heart since it was a sweet jar so calm and no agression at all. Lived with angelfish and other small fishes untill this day.. Life is hard and unfair
 
Damn that sux. My silver wasted away before my eyes and there was nothing i could do for him. Wasn't the temp was it? I bought some brand new heaters for my tank and the next day it was up like 96F i think thats 36C but it was intense enough to stress everyone out. :cry::nilly::cry:
 
i never use haeters. temp is always around 25celsius. In all my tanks. So it cant be the temp. Might be streesed out. I got 2x14" pacus in that tank but they didnt do anything to him. But he wa fine for like 24h then randomly died. He was alive when i woke up at 11 that morning but i took a nap around 1-2 and he was dead when i woke up again =( it hurts but life goes on for the rest of us and rest of the fishes.. Just hpoing i get my tank sortet so i can get sum "uber" nice asian aros.. got a great deal from Panda =) il prob get one red, one x-back and two panda gold or RTG. then i got buyer for rest of them.. But i need a nice show tank for to get good PR for them =)
