...I just can't seem to say no to anything. :D

I went to pick up some feeder rosies for my Juruense at the lfs and I ended up walking out with more than that.

I picked up a 5.5" RTC/TSN for $25, and damn are these guys beautiful. I couldn't believe how fast these guys get to work either. I acclimated him for about 30 minutes, released him into the tank and on his way to the bottom he ate a freakin rosie!!...he didn't even touch the gravel yet!!

I took some pics last night, but I didn't have a chance to upload them to the PC yet. I will do that tonight and update the thread, but I figured I would let all you fellow catfish lovers out there of my newest baby.

Congrats on the pickup they're great fish, I went for guppies yesterday and saw a pike cichlid I'm going to go back and get sometime this week.

It's crazy how this hobby works. When I first started in this hobby a while ago, I was big into synodontis and some of the smaller pims.

If it wasn't for an impulse buy (Tiger Shovelnose), I never would have been introduced into the world of Monster Catfish...7 tanks later and many years and I still don't see any sign of stopping. :D

yes, definitely a reason to hate this hobby :D

congrats on your mistake LOL

Lucky you. For me, it goes the other way.

I planned on buying 4 fish, which totalled 29cm (11.5"), which over time would turn into 250cm (100"), but instead left with and Endli. Sigh... I'll pick up the other ones soon... one day...
