I have 2 questions.

One, is can you sex it? And 2, does it have hith? He's been in my dads tank, with just a gourami and a tetra. His water alwys looks clear, and if he does have HITH how can I get rid of it? He's gonna be going in my 125

I can't tell the sex of the fish but that does appear to be HITH. What are the water parameters? I know you said it looks clear, but that won't always tell you if there's a problem. HITH is caused by poor water quality and/or poor diet.

He's been feeding it flakes, for it's life. And I don't know the parameters he does not have a kit. But am I able to get rid of it? It does not look to bad, my water is perfect in my 125

With clean, warm water and some salt, it should clear up. Is he staying in your 125 for good or only temporarily?

For good. I have some bichirs, and catfish, and a fire eel that will be moving when he gets to big. And I'm looking for a tankmate for him to.
