that's pretty rare for a 1 foot E cat!
 
In the wild, up to 18" standard length (crudely without the tail); that is ~21"-22" with the tail. IDK how common such lunkers are in the wild. In captivity, rarely would they approach and exceed 1 foot full length (with the tail).

They are at their best in a group of at least a dozen or so, IME and from what I read.

"E" is reserved for electric, not eclipse :)
