I am trying to figure out a way to outfit the paludarium so that it is able to be locked. It has a typical 2 panel glass lid with the plastic hinge. I need to lock all sides of the lid so that it cannot be lifted up without unlocking it. I would like it to be as low profile as possible. Let me know if you have any ideas, the only thing that I could think of would be to use 4 separate locks on each corner but that would look so ugly and be a pain to get into.

Below is a link to a different sized tank with the same style of hood so that you can get an idea of what I am working with.

And of course here is the enclosure itself:

If the glass is drillable, just put a hole in both pieces and put in simple cam locks that are keyed the same. The flange from the lock would lock on to the bottom of the plastic aquarium rim. Drilling the glass should be the same as adding a small bulkhead to a tank. The lock would be secure enough to even allow for hots to be placed in the enclosure.
