What size tank and other general setup requirements would you guys recommend to house the following:

2 frontosas

3 albino tiger oscars

1 freshwater ray

1 arrowana

Im basically looking to combine two smaller tanks (the frontosas and oscars) into a bigger tank, and add some cool tank mates...any ideas?

Depending on the Ray and Arow choice, your looking in an upwards to a 300+ gal tank. Also I'm not so sure your choice is the best as the Fronts are not going to like their company.

Yeah, the fronts will get bullied by the Oscars. Excluding the rays, you'll need a 265 minimum for everyone else.

I would say a minimum of a 300 or 360.. Bigger would always be better though.
