I think you could get by with 4 sheets, 1 for the bottom 1 sheet for the front and back, one sheet for the sides, maybe try to find some scrap or buy a partial sheet for your tops.

One sheet for the bottom this would leave a 28"x48" piece which could do one side. The same would happen with the one sheet for the front and back. So only two 4'x8' sheets total and I would use dimensional lumber for the bracing.
