I have a huge problem!! Help!

I really need help or some ideas, so this is the problem...

Im building a 10' tank but the holes are 65mm and the bulkheads holes need to be 66mm and gets worst ... Its temper glass....

Help! Please!

If its tempered glass then about the only thing you can do is get new bulkheads that will fit the holes

Grind the bulkhead or find an adapter to fit!

Some Guy say to sand the glass carefully. I was planning to use sch 80 bulkheads sanding the bulkhead would damage the thread. Its so close fit !

It done! Used a dremel to sand it was long work but so worth it! So tempered glass can be sanded!
