I have a male Borleyi ---Yippee!!!

It was not until tonite when i took some quick pics of my borleyi and posted them up on Pc that i noticed the colbolt blue head of the male coming through..... while the others are looking female.. needless to say i am very happy and i feel lucky.. since theres only three..

wow he is coloring early... my big peacock male keeps the color down on most of mine fish a little larger than that...

They seem like they are growing so fast.. they are rounded out etc.. i only bought them home a month or so ago and they were tiny babies.. but i am just happy i have a male and two females

I wish you the best. let me know if they breed....keep in mind that i did not notice this color until i saw it in the picture.,looking at them in natural light he isn't that colored yet.. it does take time for them to mature.. the camera is catching those colors coming in...
