i have a 30 gallon community fish tank which is infected with snails. the problem is i have a bamboo shrimp so i cant use copper to eliminate them. ive heard clown loaches love snail but these snail are up to 1/3 of an inch long. how can i get rid of em?

pick the large ones out by hand, let the loaches finish the small ones off.
Salt also helps.

as long as the bamboo shrimp aren't bothered by salt 1 cup per 30 gal will make short work of the snails

The shrimp and fish should be fine at that level of salt, it works out to 1.6 teaspoons per gallon, a bit less than I use to treat ick.
I have never used it for snails so maybe repair can tell us how long it needs to be used. One thing you will need to do is pick out as many dead ones as you can to keep them from rotting in the tank

I added salt to my 125 and killed my apple snails in a couple of days.
