i would say no. with some patience and determination you can find way better deals than that. I find them all the time and have bought a few. May have to drive a little to get it. Not likely to be next door. Examples- A few weeks ago I drove 90 miles to get a 120 gallon. Included stand, filters, lights, gravel, 2 large oscars, 2 large pacu, 1 large peco, and 1 4" catfish. Paid $100. Example 2- last weekend I drove 60 miles to get a 125 gallon long. Just the bare tank, no accessories, paid $115 Example 3- I am going this weekend to get a 225 gallon with stand, lights, filters, skimmer, decor, 50 gallon sump, pumps and a few other odd and end things. I'm trading a bout for that. The boat I was very seriously going to haul it to the dump and keep the trailer. I would have given it away and taken $300 for the trailer.
I'm just sayin, it depends on how patient and determined you are to find the deals.
I find all mine on Craigslist. God bless Craigslist. I have stuff all over the house inside and out I found on Craigslist.
