I want to know if there is a place were a person can buy seeds to grown their own plants in a seprate tank ?

i had looked at a few pet stores but i did not see anything about growing yoour own plants. i really dont want to put in fake ones most of the ones i seen look so fake

A lfs store here sells plant bulbs for live tank plants and they are pretty cheap. And most lfs sell live plants that are already established.

i will have to hit every pet store intown see what i can find i know 3 years ago when i bought a bunch of real plats i paided about 6 to 10 bucks a plant. im not too sure if that is high compared to your location but it seemed high to me

Aquatic plants are very difficult to cultivate from seed, and almost none of them produce seeds in home aquaria. Aponogetons and lilies are the only plants with dormant bulbs available (that I know of), and they are pretty cheap. You should be able to get those from wal-mart or other chain pet stores.

There are a number of good online aquatic plant suppliers. I use www.aquariumplant.com
THey have a huge selection, decent prices, and their shipping isn't too terribly expensive compared to other places. They also pack their plants well enough that I usually have good luck with Priority shipping, which is way way less expensive than overnight express.

Petco usually has plant bulbs
