A completely empty, drained and everything 75 gallon tank. I'm debating on selling it....or keeping it.

I'm torn. I don't have massive funds right now to fuel an awesome tank. I have nowhere to store it really.

What would you guys do?

Do you have filters etc? If you do I dont see why you wouldnt keep it and set it up and keep it stocked. Remember The stock doesnt need to be pricey to look good :)

Yep. Got filters and a heater. I just don't know if I should stick with a small tank (29gal -- no fun I know) or just keep the 75gal up and running. I recently scaled down a lot on tanks and fish. Probably more economical to run a smaller tank I guess.

My oscar has one peice of decor in his aquarium and gravel(and of course a filter and heater) It is a cool tank beause my Oscar always begs for food and swims to me when I walk past his aquarium. You could get an Oscar or a other type of cichlid that grows to 10-14 inches cheaply. Baby Oscars cost 6 dollars. Flowerhorns at petsmart cost 25 dollars(not shure if that is over your buget). Just saying that you could have a cool tank cheaply...

I'd get a managuense if you want something with an attitude. It shouldn't outgrow a 75. Decorations wouldn't be much of a consideration, the big cichlids do their own landscaping.

+1 with the others, get an oscar, jag or red devil.

get a texas cichlid. awesome looking fish, personable (once they get that you've got the food), a good size for that tank (10"-12"), and a native (no heater required so even cheaper to keep).

Trimac :beer: its what is in my 75.
