I get both of this crabs while diving at a reef here in Costa Rica (Pacific Ocean), the first one is very fuzzy an pink, and have a very big size too!! The second one is black with orange spots, smaller sized! both are very rare for me, and both have fuzzy legs!:naughty::WHOA:

I dont know much about hermits, but I'll take a swing at it, for the first I'm leaning towards the Aniculus veriety, and the second... even less sure about but leaning towards a Clibanarius veriety... but cant help you any better then that other then add this lovely link to let you have a swing at it (not all spiecies but a good number its in french but you dont need to read the blurb at the top just use the pics/names for IDing).

Thanks a lot for trying!!!! I think you get really close with the first one! both of them are from the same reef... but I really have no clue!

The problem is there are so many hermit spiecies out there, and finding correct pictures/names for all of them is nearly impossible, plus in each spiecies you get variations in colour and patterns which makes it even harder.
