i'd say leave em, especially if you don't know whether they have been fertilized. Worse case, they eat them, but at least you know the female is good to breed. If they are fertilized, they should remain clear and black dots will appear. If they turn white, they have not been fertilized.

I think they are white. I dont really see how the male could have fertilized them though because she laid the eggs in the middle of the night

lol, good sign that she laid eggs even if they didn't get it right the first time. Like azedenkae said, they will eat em, or you can remove them if you want.
