i have worms growing in my tank?

i jjust was looking at my tank and knowticed tht i have these little white worms...anyone know what they are and if theyre HARMFULL and most of all if they are how to get rid of them?

I noticed I had some worms too, little tiny worms.
When I take some water out and drop it on a glass, I can see the worms moving.

Anyone knows if these are harmfull like stinger133 asked?

Sounds like planaria. Harmless little worms that come from overfeeding or lack of maintenance. Cut back on feeding and do a thorough substrate cleaning.
