I hope my oscar is ok :/

Well I gave my oscar and catfish's some silver sides tonight and my oscar had four of them in his mouth at once trying to eat them, well I picked up a 36" grabber thing from the hardware store today and god does that come in handy when you have a 33" tall tank :/ lol. anyways I took the grabber and pulled/ got him to spit them out and I gave him one and pulled the others out since now my cats wont touch them? and hes been laying in the corner of the tank since he was eating the last one. could something of happened when he was trying to swallow four silvers being the pig he is?

perhaps just pouting as oscars tend to do, i remember when i had mine he ate a giant danio a bit too big for his stomach and laid around for a day or so afterwards

He's fine. The fat piggy is upset that you took his food, happen to mines all the time. He would take in a lot of shrimp and I would have to hunt him down and pull it out of his mouth.

oh okay yeah he seems fine now, i was just hoping that it didnt mess something up in him or could cause probs with him cuz the way he acted but that makes sense he does pout alot... lol
