I got rid of my Redhooks today, and I picked this guy up while I was at the LFS:

I could not live life any longer without owning a jag. It is about 4 inches long. It's tankmates are listed in my sig. I know that there is a good chance that this fish will not work out with the others, but I guess there was only one way to find out.

So far, the Vieja has ignored the Jag. The only sign of conflict so far is the Severum is chasing the Jag, and the Jag is flaring his gills back.

Is there any telling if it is a male or female at this size?

Yes, I have a HUGE loach shoal in the tank.
