Hey guys, I just finished up tiling a bathroom for a customer and they had a fish tank in the floor. It was about 3'x3' by 12" deep and itw as covered with 1.5' glass and I tiled right up to it. It was unreal. Next week once I grout it I will snap some photos and show everyone. This is ballin all the way. Imagine sitting on your crapper and watching fish swim around your feet.

I still have more tile work. I lay all my tile first then grout everything at once.

ahh. ok. are they making you do little 6" tiles or something? i had to do a shower with 2" tiles... took like 4 days! and i Grout after i lay the tile. mix in some 20min. mud to speed up the drying process. usually after about 4hours its dry enough to walk on. as long as its not to humid.

im guessing the filtration is a sump and its just drilled into it?

How do they feed the fish? Does the glass floor lift up?

There is corner nothced just small enough to slip food in. Keep in mind, he is only keeping a few goldfish in there so he isn't to concerned about water from shower run off going into tank.

Doesn't sound like a good setup, but it's a cool idea.
