So i know you all will think im crazy but im curious... may be Oddball has an answer for me.
I live in so cal and Yes I fish a lot.
But in the winter when the bite is slow and they arent eating as much i spearfish.
In my many many diving excursions I not only spearfish but lobster dive for california spiny lobsters. Now i like to eat fish but do not like lobster for some reason. Alot of the lobster i get goes to my family who love but I always seem to have left over tails.
The other day i was curious and dipped a little bit of the raw meat in my tank and my silver went bananas. I think i have discovered his favorite food. The only reason I think this is b/c when a piece opf it sank past him he actually dove to the bottom to grab it.... he never does this.
In conclusion.... is lobster healthy?, any risks?, should i cook it first?
p.s. Once again I know its crazy to feed lobster tail to an arowana. but i love him
