What do you think of keeping 4 senegal bichirs and 1 african brown knife in a 30 gallon tank filtered by an AC110 for life? Can this set up handle the bioload?

No way. Besides the severely limited space, it doesn't matter how many gph your filter kicks out. The filter won't get rid of nitrates any faster. You would have to do daily water changes to keep up with that bioload.

Even with daily water changes it would be difficult for them to turn around at full grown size...

I would say 58 minimum. Get something that has 18" of depth.
