i little help w my eel please

hey guys, i bought this eel as a peacock eel. i believe he/she is the half banded spiney eel? anyway, just wondering if you could id this for me and let me know how it compares to a peacock. i picked him up for i think $10? its about 6in now and ive had him for about 3 months. thanks alot
It is a Macrognathus circumcinctus aka zigzag eel. They stay a little bit smaller than peacocks, they max out at about 8", peacocks can get to around 10".

thanks, i didnt think he looked like the zebrinus. oh well, my lfs is usually spot on with id's but here lately theyve been a little off. he's in a 120 now so he wont out grow that. i guess im glad i got one that stays small than have something that would outgrow my tanks.
