Here's what happened, I was at work and mistakenly told my wife to move 12 tiger barbs from the QT to the 280g tank instead of the 55g
. My reason was to give them a few hours to get familiar with the tank so I could watch them when I get home. And she did...called back moments later asking me if I'm sure what tank it was because she said that the arowana ate two of them right away. Then I realized my stupid mistake...now there's only 8 remaining. I can't think of a way to catch them in that big of a tank without stressing the others. Should I just suck it up and leave 'em there as feeders or is there a trick to catch them? I just want to save them from being eaten if I could because they're not intended for that.
Thanks for reading and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
