I was gone for a week on vacation and I had my dad feed the fish while I was gone. That's not the problem. The water level obviously dropped while I was gone from evaporation so it was down a bit. Then I fed the some worms I caught that night it made the tank a little cloudy but I figured it was just a bit of dirt. The next day I did all my water changes. I took out like 15 gallons or so and only vaccuumed part of the gravel like always then added about 20 gallons of new dechlorinated water. The next day it was pretty cloudy and had a bad smell to it. Today it was worse and I took 10 gallons out and put 10 new gallons back in. The fish are acting fine except one looks less than 100%. Okay to the point can I put water from one of my other tanks in this tank to help solve the problem? Or should I just keep doing small water changes? I'm just worried about my fish. I'll test the water right now I didn't think about that until now.

I'd keep changing water personally, hopefully your bacteria isn't (and shouldn't) be affected; so it would be ok to change the water. Could be that the worms were just full of crap, I know a few people advocate keeping them for a few days and cleansing them so that they go in the tank fresh

Normally I just squeeze them top to bottom to take all the dirt/poop out but I didn't that time and should've. The nitrates are somewhere between 5-10 ppm so I know that'll have to come down. But everything else is at 0 besides ph lol
