Does your lease state this or did they just tell you that? My landlord tried to say the same thing to but it was never in writing and when I asked the actually property owner he said he could careless and if its not in writing you can't be evicted for it.
If they do then you can Sue them.

If he's of age and he's living in there house they can evict him as they please. No matter what they say it's their house. I think that's selfish of yourself. Disobeying your parents wishes And mmost likely making them pay for water and electricity. That's its extremely disrespectful with thar magnitude of an upgrade. Like 55g and 125g is a lot already for them to pay for that's not theirs. And a jump from 55-210. That's a lot more. Disrespect in my bbooks they should kick you out.
