im going to go and take a look at it sometime this week
the only thing is that it has been standing in his garage for three years without any water would that be a problem?

I would fill it and let it sit awhile..making sure the silicone seals havn't dry rotted..you may have to reseal it...but other than that i don't think there should be ne problems

Make sure the seals are in good condition , worst case scenario is you have to reseal the tank, but hey its a free 250 ENJOY!!
