I had an old 75 oceanic with a hole already in it but on the wrong side. It ended up cracking when I put it on uneven ground outside.
I just went to the fish store and tried to get a new 75... but I was told that they do not make tanks anymore with ONLY the bottom tempered... they temper all panes of glass now.
So I'm SOL on getting a new 75 gallon... apparently, unless its a custom tank.
I could go acrylic but I'll be paying out the ass...
This is going to be a filter for a 210 gallon tank. I planned on drilling it and putting partitions in it to make it into a very nice wet/dry.
Any ideas on how to get a 75 gallon that is not tempered all the way around without going acrylic or trying craigslist for an old 75?
