I need a couple of ID's please

My LFS labeled the Thorichthys as T. Subis. I have no idea what that species is? They did not either.

The Geophagus was labeled at a Gymno. Not correct.

Any help in ID's would be great.

First looks like a Nic body type, but Nics dont have the blue spangling so not sure what it is.
