I Need a Favor From a Retailer

I had one of those Stealth heaters that was recalled kill one of my fish. They are going to make it right, but said I need to get a short letter from a retailer with their name, the name of the fish and what they would sell the fish I lost for.

The LFS where I bought the fish went out of business and I fear I will have a challenge from the large chains out here...so I thought I would give this forum a try.

I don't know if they would accept one from out here, but if it helps you out I don't mind doing up a short form letter from our company here. I work for a small fish store in Nova Scotia Canada and that is what we would sell one of those fish for.
