2 days ago I bought 4 fancy guppies from my LFS. They all appeared fine when I brought them home. The 3 females also all appear pregnant. One of the females that looks the most pregnant however developed a white area on one side of her body. Is this a symptom of pregnancy or do I have something going on?

You'll need to diagnose if it's just an abrasion, or a fungal or bacterial infection. a small bit of salt and some Melafix/pimafix should help with healing either way.

are my other fish at risk of catching this problem do you think or is it isolated? When i feed the fish, all the others are eating and the fish in question isn't eating.
