does anyone know a good tankmate for a butikoferie,im tired of him being all lonely,but i need a fish that he wont kill

how big is he and what size tank? usually unless your tank is huge you can't get away with any tankmates........mine is 3inches in a 30 gallon with a 5inch senegal bichir that he doesn't even pay attention to but i think i jsut got lucky............

Again you'll need at least a 125 gal. if you want any lifelong tankmates but for now if you have at least a 55 you can get any with 2 other fish that can hold their own ie. managuense,labiatum, many veja,tomocichla species on average. don't introduce a single fish as in a one on one one fish wil die if you add at least 2 other fish & change around decorations the butti. will not be able to single out 1 fish.
