Anyone know of a air pump or blower that will push around 20 sponge filters for under 120 bucks

You're probably gonna have to get into commercial sized stuff for this, I know my old work had a couple big ones running but I never bothered to see what brand they were. Your other option is just buying a few larger sized hobbyist pumps and using those airlines splitters.
