Im looking into building my own 300-500 gallon plywood tank but I can't find glass the right size and thickness. Does anyone know where I can get some cheap glass?

If you want to go bigger I could get you a 9'Lx39"Hx1"thck piece of laminated. Look at the "building a 1000 gal concrete tank" thread to see what it looks like. The glass shop is in Pittsburgh, so if you rented a uhaul with a bunch of blankets, I could set you up with the guy. It was free to me. I don't know if I could swing free, but def. VERY cheap.
Look for construction salvage shops in your area, they strip out buildings before being demolished. Otherwise call all the glass shops in the distance you are willing to drive or pay for shipping from.
Don't just ask for your size, ask if they have anything close.
