my friend wants to give me his 3 inch tiger oscar and 3 inch jack dempsey. will it be ok with the following fish: polypterus senegalus, florida/spotted gar, red belly pacu, marbled sailfin pleco, brown knife fish. i just wanna know if it there will be any problems between them.

In a tank that size I wouldn't think there would be much aggression aside from the normal "hey he's new let's see what he's about" behavior that I see in my fish everytime a new resident moves in. It usually lasts a day or two then it's back to normal. But keep in mind every fish has a different temperment.
No there shouldn't be a problem with those particular fish. There may be a problem with the tank unless, (A) You have figured out your problem from this morning that wiped out half your fish(including the pacu) and fixed it, or(B) You have another 200 gallon sitting around all set up that you forgot about when you moved your surviving fish in an emergency.
