My fh got the same thing on his head two weeks ago but has recovered.. I fed feeder fish 2 weeks ago & this happened..
So I think it's from feeding live fish & the disease just transferred over to the fh..
Here's what I did, 50% water change twice a week & 1 tablespoonful of salt per 5 gallon of water..
Just keep the water clean & you don't even need to dose medicine for him..

Well, I dont see anything on the video cuz the video's quality isn't clear. The picture doesn't help much. Does his head look like it has been sprinkle with little granules of sugar orsalt ??? And as seeing your video's title, I guess he suffers Ichthyopthirius Multifilis (ICH - aka white spot disease). My fish suffered the same disease, and all I treated him was just put him in the small tank, raising the temperature to 85 or higher. Add some AQUARIUM SALT, change haft of water every single days. Wait for couple days until the symptom completely gone. If not, you will have to use medication...I dont use it anyway, but if you have to, Rid-Ich seems like the good choice these days.

i think its not an Ichthyopthirius Multifilis bro, becuase its just only one spot appeared on his head, isn't the ICH infected has a lot of white spot on its head? thanks for the advise i will try it if bro H]-[H advise wont work.

I can assure you 100% that's not ich.. If you watch clearly, you will see a small lump on its nuchal hump..

There could be a possibility that he got that from the superworm you fed.. but from my experience, I never had problems with SW.. don't ever feed those SW that are dying/dead..
My advice would be just keep the water clean at all times.. If you have more than 2 fish in the tank, you should do more water change.. But 50% wc twice a week should be sufficient..

ok bro i will do it, will update you the result... thanks again for the help :)

just want update and thanks...

his status is going good, instead of twice a week 50% W/C, i did 50% W/C everyday, add salt & malachite green, in just three days i see a big improvement, the white spot now is going a so little, it just looks like i point of ballpen... in these picture and video its not noticeable..
