Biggest question right now is; what is the tank's temp? The loaches and sharks do better above 80F.

For now, you can treat with salt and elevated temp. Raise the temp to 84-86F (Ich cannot survive in this temp range). A teaspoon of salt per gallon won't harm the species listed. You may also add methylene blue which is a mild anti-fungal that won't burn your scaleless loaches and sharks. I recommend performing a gravel wash prior to commencing treatment since the wash will pull alot of parasite spores out of your gravel. Be sure to increase aeration since the dissolved O2 will be less as the temp increases. When the spots all disappear, continue treatment for another 5 to 7 days to ensure killing off any germinating spores in your substrate. After treatment, you can reduce the temp back to 80F but, do so at no more than 2 degrees/day.
