i need help on filteration pls

what kind of filteration would i need? a uv ? what kind of filters? its will be around 120-150g

and what kind of fish can i keep with a arowana? thanks very much
 
That depends on how heavily your stocked and you don't necessarily need a uv but it can't hurt. A canister or two or a canister and a sump.
 
prob around only 5-6 fish few arowanas and gars maybe and idk


but a uv will kill parasites right?
i had a huge problem when i had my saltwater tank they all got ick and all died and theywere expensive fish i will buy an UV
 
All arowana have the potential to get atleast 2ft, so I don't think you'll be able to house an aro..

I will keep only 1 aro then will it be fine?
And I won't be keeping to many orther fish just a few what orther fish can. I put in the tank? With the aro ? What brand filters can I get ? Or a filter built In uv as well ? Thanks help aperciated
 
Immsure im only going to have a peacock bass and an aro will it be good?

Are you going to keep the aero in the tank for life or will it be going to a much larger tank? An aero wont be able to live in a 150 for life. They get to big.

I dunno man. You won't be able to keep an arowana in a 120 and keeping one in a 150 is pushing it. You would need A LOT of mechanical filtration cuz aros are pretty dirty fish and plenty of biological filtration just to break down the ammonia and nitrites. If you are set on an arowana, that's gonna be the only fish in the tank, but honestly, a 150 is too small for an adult.
