Picked this guy up at the LFS and I have no idea what it is or where its from. The only thing you cant see is the trailer on his tail fin thats about 3" long.

I know it was dying at the store and floating upright in the bag by the time I got it home, so I said screw acclimating and threw him into the tank. He sunk to the bottom, righted himself and seems to be doing decently well since. I hope he perks up and pulls through. I want to figure out what he is to ensure I am doing everything possible to make him happy.
Its some sort of Loricaria, they are in the Loricariid family but not a genus considered as 'plecs'.
I would guess L. simillima, just based on that PC has lots more picture than the others, so assuming its more common.
