My convict has paired up with a pink con I bought 3 days ago, and has layed her eggs in a flowerpot in the tank, they are fertilized, I was wondering if I could pull out the flowerpot and set it in a 10g, or would that kill the eggs?

I know I've heard of people doing that, just never heard the outcome. I generally try to leave them alone, let the parents defend the fry, and let nature weed out the weaklings.
well u CAN remove the eggs to the 10 gallon but if it was ME id leave the eggs wih the parents for awhile... and a black and pink con mating will get u 50% black and 50% pink and if u bred the kids with the mom or dad or wih there bros or sis u MAY get marble cons.
