i need help with overflow???

i have a 225 gallon freash water tank,i have a 90g i want to use for wet dry filter,i have a 2400gph mag pump.
now i want to know if i can use this overflow? Reef Octopus 400 Dual Overflow,rated at 2500gph.
please help me if you know>

Given some head height your pump will be pumping less then 2,400 gph. As long as the overflow rate is more than the pump rate then it's fine.

After head you'll be lucky to get 1800-2000gph. You should be fine As long as the overflow is rated correctly.
