Yep, it's a ZZ ..
And looks male to me from what i can see.. how big ?

like 4.5 inches when i got th efish it was th ebiggest in the aquarium and looked the most aggro/bully hoping for a male. Can these males breed with JellyBean parrot pink con/parrot hybrid to produce short bodied?

yes it is possible to breed them with the jellybeans, not sure how nice the colours will be, but there's a good chance you'll get a couple shortbodies from them..
