I need help with stocking ideas for a 50 gallon!

Hello,
I have a large golden sevrum (about 7") and a small firemouth (about 2.5") and a couple siamese algae eaters. Im debaiting on re homing the sevrum because id rather have a few beautiful fishes then one large one and one pretty one.
Basically, what are some favorites of yours that would be able to go with a firemouth and siamese algae eaters in a 50 gallon (U.S) tank. Preferably, i was thinking 3 firemouths, and 3 blue acaras. Im trying SA/CA as i find they have more personality.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
55 gallon canister filter and weekly water changes is my filtration.

Also look into electric blue acaras. The lfs around me are starting to stock them regularly.

Do the electric blue ones and regular ones act any different? I really like the look of the regular ones but 2 normal and one electic blue would be a nice variety for blue acaras.
Also, do they eat plants as i have 4 anubus plants (i have no idea how to spell the species namr properly)

I'd assume they act the same. I got mine last week so it's hard to say.
