I need Help with Tank Mates

ok so i have 3 polypterus 5 inches each. i have 2 parrot cichlids. 1 is red blood parrot. the other is a flower horn parrot cichlid. 2 tiger barbs ( going to get 2-3 more) going to get some electric blue rams and some fire red agasizzi. i'm going to take the 2 best of both and breed them in a 20 gallon. not at the same time but with like a 3 months in between. but i'l planning on getting 1-2 more parrot cichlids. but i want a south american cichlid that won't mess with anyone. will get big but not too big, and looks nice. If theres any problems with my stock let me know i'm not a south american expert. my parrot cichlids are both closer to non-aggressive and are both about 5-6.5 inches. thanks in advance

Salvini cichlid, possibly Severums, possibly ebjd, possibly fire mouth. Rams are pretty sensitive, so everything needs to be pretty peaceful, chasing is fine, but any signs of damage is bad.

What size tank is every one going into

Every one is going into a 75 gallon and i will take the 2 best rams and breed them in a 20 gallon. and when they have bred or have taken longer than a month i will put them back into the 75 gallon to try and pair with another mate if there was no progress. then i will breed the agasizzi fire reds in the 20 when the rams are done maybe a month or so later. I was going to get one of the Main attraction so it can be a main eye setter. and the others will keep the tank alive with color and movement.
