Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I can set up this tank without any probelems and also if someone could tell me how many of each fish.

Dragon Goby
Archer fish
Any Scat
Any Puffer (or will they nip fins)
Knight Goby
Panther Goby
Freshwater moray (I mean brackish)
Chromides
anything else

I don't know much about all but one of those fish, and that one is the violet (dragon) goby.
If you get a violet goby, you need a large tank, especially with all of those other fish in there. I'm sure you already knew this, but take into consideration that under good conditions one can grow to a foot long in its first year or so. You probably couldn't keep more than one, because when they hit about ten inches long, they seem to get very territorial. Also, from what I've read, eels and violet gobies don't mix. There have been accounts of the two living together peacefully for quite awhile, and then all of a sudden the eel kills the goby, for no apparent reason. I would imagine that a violet goby that starts to get territorial might see an eel as an intruder, and pick a fight with it. It wouldn't win, but it might start the fight.
Such a variety raises another question. Do they all require the same degree of brackish? I've read that scats need full marine as adults.
Hope this helps.

well puffers should only be kept with puffers
other than that it looks ok
but im not a brackish expert

dragon gobys get a fott or longer, and puffers nip fins and really only eat inverts,so consider them for a seperate tank setup.how big is your tank?scats get a foot and like to be in groups of 3 or more.what species of scats were you considering?I could always help out.Other than that,I think all you need is a good filteration system (or two IMO)and if you want to see the archer fish spit at it's food,I reccomend getting overhanging plants.

i'd say no to the puffers as the others have stated, but also I'd be careful with the smaller gobies, the eel can very well just eat them

The 1st Q that needs answering is: Tank size?

Yeah, tank size really is the determining factor, if its a 30, then no not all of them can live together.

Saying you had a 75 or more, then you could have a smattering of all of them.

I would only say the knight goby would get eatten by the moray - and as well as people have said, the puffers would nip all but the fastest fish.

in my exp (i have three g tiles) they will eat anything small enough to get in their mouths. the only small fish ive had luck with are small common guppies. the eels may seem ok with small tank mates for weeks or months and then snap one day and kill em. especially if your other fish like the eels dinner.
also a 75 is a decent sized tank but scats are best kept in groups of odd numbers. some people say 3 as min i say if u want them to get along go with 5. in larger groups their aggression between each other is spread and helps to avoid the alpha fish picking on one submissive scat. but thats just my 2 cents.
good luck

another few issues to consider are : when feeding scats and eels they make a mess, thrashing and biting. this throws a lot of waste around causing problems (ie spikes in water params) right after feedings.
my other thought is arranging your tank to suit each species needs. eels need caves, scats need lots of hiding places and archers need open space to swim near the surface. some tanks can accomidate many species while others cant all depends on your tanks dimensions.
