My aquarium is staying at 7.6 ph and a real high ammonia level and i went to a local pet shop and they told me to change 75% water and clean rocks but i just took the everything out and washed and havent put it back in yet but ive also been adding water neutral regulator with the new water that i tested and its perfect but im still getting the high ph and ammonia levels? can any one help me please?

It sounds like the tank is not cycled, or something has drastically affected the cycle. Like suds said, it helps to know how long the tank has been up and running

i have 2 polypterus senegalus, 1 columbian shark, 1 pleco and a few fedder fish! ive had it for about 5 or 6 weeks now.

It sounds like the filter hasn't cycled and there is an large bio-load on your system. What filter are you running?
