I've got some RBP's they are about 4.5 to 6.5 in long and theres four in a 75. Now my first problem is they keep spawning and cant keep the fry alive for very long. Two are the females on opposite sides spawning but they act as a group they have been together a long time. Now that leads me to my next question which might be the answer to the first i know there has to be some kind of parasite in the tank. I never see any attached to the RB's but there are worms swimming around in the tank and sometimes they attach to the tank wall. They are very small almost invisible. So should i just dose tank with a anti parasite and prob. kill eggs by the way they just spawned today AGAIN. Or should i just do water changes till my hands bleed? any advice would be appriciated.

The white worms are probably planaria. You can either cut down on the feeding or use a med treatment with some kind of copper to get rid of them. Now are the fry dieing or being eaten? If thery're being eaten just move them to a grow out tank? Or they may be dieing due to poor water quality or not enough heat.......
